30-day returns
Not quite right? Return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email info@mati-atelier.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with the return instructions and address.
- Send the items back unworn, with their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and your order number and we will put it right.
