Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@mati-atelier.com with your order number; we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.
